Berkeley, Calif.: Vivian Raineri, a celebration of her life

Long time Bay Area political activist, Vivian Mcguckin Raineri passed away on January 2, 2011. For many years she wrote for the Bay Area Bureau of the People's World newspaper

She authored the book The Red Angel, a biography of Elaine Black Yoneda who, along with her union organizer husband Karl Yoneda, was interred in Manzanar during World War II.

A celebration of Vivian Mcguckin Raineri's life will be held at:
