ST. PAUL – A video produced by the Labor Education Service outlines the many public services being affected by the state government shutdown.
Filmed at the vigil held at the state Capitol in the hours leading up to the shutdown, the video features the voices of workers who provide services to the state, from pollution control and adoption services to programs for autistic children and unemployed workers.
