With civil rights, labor rights, and human rights under severe attack, the independent working-class press is needed more than ever. People’s World reports the news with a working-class perspective. With a very small staff, the publication attracts between 150,000 and 200,000 readers every month. Every year, it reaches millions of people, without billionaire benefactors or corporate sponsors.

People’s World writers have been on the ground covering not only the crimes of the administration, but also the people’s resistance to it. From the Target Boycott to protest DEI rollbacks to the Minnesota General Strike in the wake of the murders of Renée Good and Alex Pretti by ICE, our publication has been committed to reporting the fightback against fascist policies.
