Call, write, and visit your Senators and Representative to demand an end to the massive, unjust tax giveaways to billionaires, who are consolidating their wealth and power while everyone else struggles to get by.
Support and pass three new bills that give relief to working class families and narrow the racial and gender wealth gap: HR 8085 Ultra Millionaire Tax Act (Rep Jayapal, Sen Warren) and S 3956 Make Billionaires Pay Their Fair Share Act (Sen. Sanders, Rep Khanna). Wealth taxes would generate $6.2 trillion to invest in healthcare, housing, and human needs, not wars.
Initiated by labor, S 4083 Working Americans’ Tax Cut Act (Sens. Van Hollen, Kelly) exempts the first $46,000 of income for an individual—or $92,000 for a couple—from federal income taxes, returning hard earned money back to working families.
