PHILADELPHIA – Over 100 demonstrators gathered Dec. 4 outside Pennsylvania Democratic Sen. Bob Casey’s office on Market Street here today with a two part message. First they wanted to thank him for his past support for legislation supporting working families and children. Second, they wanted him to know that if he stands firm for Medicaid and Medicare, they will have his back.
This rally was one of several planned for the coming period as the “lame duck” Congress grapples with the threatened “fiscal cliff.”
