ORLANDO — The Orlando Magic was still in the game on Tuesday after beating the Los Angeles Lakers at Amway Arena in the NBA finals game three. The score was 108-104 cutting the deficit in their best-of-seven series to 2-1.
Lakers guard Kobe Bryant was on fire with 17 points in the opening quarter and ended with 31 points. He did however have a few key turnovers. Dwight Howard and Rashard Lewis scored 21 points a piece for the Magic.
The Magic lost twice in LA previously. Tuesday night’s victory was their seventh try at a win in the NBA finals. Game four is on Thursday in Orlando.
